No child should have to miss out on cupcakes at a birthday party because they have an allergy. And no one should have to start their day with a crumbly, dry bagel that tastes reminiscent of cardboard. These simple truths inspired the creation of Allergy Free Baking Company.
From the beginning, our founder loved crafting healthy, delicious treats. When she saw how limited the options were for people with food allergies, she poured her passion into developing bakery items that were free from common allergens while still being full of flavor and joy. With her knowledge of wholesome alternatives and love of baking, she proved that allergy-friendly bakery treats could be just as indulgent and delightful as any traditional bakery.
Elizabeth, AFBC’s current owner, had a similar experience. She joined the team in 2022 and quickly embraced the bakery’s mission. When the founder was ready for her next chapter in 2023, she passed the torch to Elizabeth, who, with her husband Chris, is honored to continue the tradition of baking joyfully and safely for everyone.
